Project Description:

Main contract works including: Office building (seven floors) and boat repair work shop, building height is 29.45m, construction site area 2048㎡, construction area 9257㎡, all ancillary works including water and electricity supply system, fire safety works, elevators, ventilation, air conditioning and other mechanical and electrical system installation and outdoor roads, greening drainage etc.

Project Features:

This is a building job including all supporting systems and complicate structures. It is very challenging to built the high formworks and prestressed beam with large span: the highest formwork is 12.5m, and the roof beam span for the boat repairing work shop is 25m.
