Project Profile:

The total length of sea outfall of Jiang Su Bin Hai Industrial Park is 8447m, diameter is 1m. The outfall is laid 0-18m depth underwater. The underwater outlet pipeline is 5663m long. Tail water is delivered from the land to the diffuser ports via the under seabed outlet pipeline. Diffuser port section connects to the end of the outlet pipeline. The diffuser ports are the only structures extend above the seabed.

Innovations:
1) Self designed a PE pipes connection platform (above water) to solve the practical problems during the project.
2) Used air tubes to provide assistant buoyancy and conduct the float and sink of the 184m long steel diffuser port section, which is easy, safe, reliable and also economical and practical.
