In Duyen Hai 1 and Duyen Hai 3 Thermal Power Plant Project, Guangzhou Salvage was responsible for the construction of CW discharge pipelines, which included PHC piles driving, cofferdam construction, deep foundation pit excavation, PHC pile heads cutting and sealing, concrete bearing platform precasting, ARC support installation, pipes installation, foundation pit backfilling and etc.
Highlight:
An Offshore Grounding Piling Platform had been designed and built to overcome the wave impact on the accuracy and efficiency of piling. 260 nos. of offshore PHC piles had been completed with an extent of high accuracy and high efficiency, which was almost an impossible mission for traditional piling ships. The offshore piling accuracy ranged from 0~45mm, which was only about one fifth of the work carried out by tradition piling ships. Guangzhou Salvage has already claimed patent for the Offshore Grounding Piling Platform.
